Cooking Class: Festive Irish Foods

Chef Jan is back with festive Irish foods to share for St. Patrick’s Day. Join us in this hands on class in the GLC kitchen, and wear some green!
*Irish Soda Bread Scones
*Hearty Irish Stew
*Instant Chocolate Pudding
Cost is $25/pp, maximum 10 participants. Prepay to register at the Grand Lake Center by Wednesday 3/4.
Attendees are encouraged to bring aprons, and small containers to bring home leftovers.
Instructor Jan Findlater is a certified chef and nutritionist with over 20 years culinary experience as a baker, executive chef, cooking school coordinator, and caterer. She is ex-president of The Colorado Les Dames d’Escoffier, an international women’s chef philanthropic organization.
