Join certified yoga instructor, Jenny Smith, for Gentle Flow Yoga on Friday mornings at the Grand Lake Center. Achieve focus, balance, strength and flexibility with lower intensity, calming postures synchronized to breath. Great for first time students as well as active students looking for a more introspective practice to refine poses and gain new insight. Modifications and props will support you in practice that meets you exactly where you are each time you come.
