Hatha yoga increases the body’s strength and flexibility and calms the mind. The poses can help to relieve pain, stress, prevent injury and improve fitness. Classes are user friendly with lots of instruction. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a non-slip mat, a firm blanket and allow at least 2 hours after a full meal.
