Build and condition your core, stretch and strengthen your body, and improve body awareness and flexibility using proper alignment and form. This low impact class is based upon the work of Joseph Pilates and his principles of Pilates: Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath, and Flow.
1st and 3rd Wednesdays – Classical Mat Pilates
2nd and 4th Wednesdays – Contemporary Mat Pilates
