Mountain Storage Management will be holding a storage unit auction Saturday January 23, 2021. Auction begins at 10:00 am at 72420 US Hwy 40 in Tabernash, CO 80478. This is an auction train so we will be traveling from location to location as a group so please be on time so you don’t miss any units.
How it works: Each unit will be auctioned individually, meaning you buy the entire contents of the unit. For smaller units, you will have a day to get everything out. For larger units, 1 week will be given to remove unit contents. A $50 security deposit will be required, which is refundable if you leave no trash behind in the units you buy. Minimum bid prices will start at a level that reflects value of items in unit.
