Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic class that connects breath with a flowing and progressive sequence of postures. Vinyasa Yoga promotes awareness and balance in mind and body, builds strength and stability, reduces stress, and increases energy, flexibility, and focus. Prior yoga experience is suggested.
