Juniper Library Freaky Fish Frenzy! Oceans of Possibilities Summer Reading Fun

Stop and smell the flowers with Colorado Headwaters Land Trust on Sunday, July 17th from 10 am to 12 pm! Western Herbalist and Natural Resources Supervisor for Town of Winter Park, Jill Jacobsen, will be our guide as we identify local wild plants and learn about their therapeutic and nutritional uses. Rocky Mountain Classics, the local chapter of the Antique and Classic Boat Society, will once again be presenting a selection of members' boats in Grand Lake. Wooden and classic fiberglass boats will be in the water, on display at the town docks. At noon, the boats will do a parade in front of the swim beach.

Steve Hanson and the Bluegrass Campers are back for the 5th annual Concert/Fundraiser to benefit the Grand Lake Center! Doors and cash bar open at 6pm, music starts at 7pm, in the GLC auditorium. A suggested donation of $10 (cash) is appreciated. Hope to see you there!

Songs & Stars on the Land with Colorado Headwaters Land Trust
Join Colorado Headwaters Land Trust on Saturday, August 13th, for our second annual Night Under the Stars! Enjoy a potluck dinner and musical performance by singer/songwriter Forest Sun, as well as a stargazing experience at the height of the Perseid Meteor Shower. Moffat Railroad Museum Opening Day!
We open for our Summer 2023 season on May 26! Wed-Sat 10 am-4 pm & Sun 1-4 pm. Visitors can experience Colorado's Largest Permanent Christmas O Scale Model Train Display with six trains and two ski lifts!
