Grand Lake is in the Holiday Spirit!

We’re ready to kick off the Holiday Season in Grand Lake

Pick up and enjoy a free Thanksgiving Meal at the Sagebrush BBQ and Grill on Thursday, November 24th from 11am – 3pm. Thanks Sagebrush and Brenda Freeman for this wonderful gift to our community!

Santa and his Reindeer will be at the Grand Lake Tree Lighting Ceremony on November 25th! Join us for festive carols, free cocoa and cookies, warm fire pits and a first glimpse at Grand Lake’s holiday lights! Lights go on at 7pm sharp, so make sure to arrive a few minutes early. Our cookie and cocoa volunteers are EGMS 8th graders raising funds for their Washington DC trip this spring and all donations at the event will help them towards their goal.

The Grand Arts Council is hosting their Old Fashioned Holiday Craft Bazaar on November 25th and 26th in the Community House from 10am-5pm. Kick off your holiday gift shopping by browsing their handmade arts and crafts booths and support an organization that works hard to bring fun music and comedy events to Grand Lake.

Nothing says Christmas like the Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre’s Home for the Holidays show! Buy your tickets for the December 17th show at 7pm, or snag a matinee ticket for December 18th at 2pm. These shows are a local favorite, and can sell out quickly so make sure to get your tickets soon!

Glide through the snow on a horse drawn sleigh by booking a sleigh-ride through Winding River Resort! This all ages activity is sure to leave you in the holiday spirit and will be a family memory to last a lifetime. Make you reservation by calling 970-627-3215 at least 24 hours in advance.
