Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony

Each Memorial Day weekend, the Grand Lake community comes together to honor the men and women who served in the U.S. military and to remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation.
The day traditionally includes a patriotic parade through downtown Grand Lake, followed by a memorial ceremony in Town Park. The parade features veterans, service organizations, horses, and community groups, reflecting the deep respect and gratitude shared throughout the town.
Community members and visitors are invited to attend, reflect, and take part in this meaningful tradition. Parade and ceremony details will be announced closer to Memorial Day.
